All orders, within United States, will be shipped via UPS/USPS
from our Alhambra, CA USA warehouse.
Diecast Station currently ships to the following countries upon
verification of credit card information: Australia, Austria, Belgium,
Denmark, Finland, France,Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland,Italy,Japan,
Mexico, Netherlands,New Zealand, Norway, Portugal,Spain, Sweden,
United Kingdom. In the United States, we can verify your billing
address with your card issuing bank automatically - many non-US
banks do not support this feature. If you purchase with a non-US
issued card that does not support 'Address Verification' we will
require you to fax us a copy of your passport or any other form
of ID, with photo and address as specified in your order and front/back
copy of credit card. We apologize for having to do this, its the
only way we can combat fraud and continue to offer such low prices!:
Customs and Duties (International shipments only) Each Country
has a different set of rules, regulations and percentages they
charge on goods crossing the border. We sell the goods free of
sales and export tax when shipped outside the USA. Some countries
will charge import duty or tax. It is the responsibility of the
customer to take care of Customs and Duties for their respective
Countries, if there is any. We assume no responsibility for those
extra charges. *Please note: Orders are processed daily Monday
through Friday during normal business hours (10:AM-6:00PM, except
Saturday &Sunday and legal Holidays).
All orders are shipped using UPS/USPS - which means you will have
your item(s) within 3-6 business days!

Few Things You Should Know
Please double check your shipping address (an additional charge
of $10 will be applied to your account if an address correction/re-directing
of your package is made by our courier).
Shipping Cost is non-refundable for packages that are either unclaimed,
undeliverable, or returned. Exceptions are made if it is our error.
We currently do not offer Next Day or 3 Day Air shipping but we can accommodate if it is called in (must be called in by 2PM PST for only IN STOCK items).
Please note: shipping & billing address must be the same for this service. If ship to address is different, then please allow 48 hours delay for verification purposes.
